How We Work

Marshall Partners, Inc. is a licensed commercial real estate company in North Texas and a long time member of The Texas Real Estate Commission. Rick A. Marshall is a licensed real estate broker as well. Previous associations include: The North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors (NTCAR) which includes membership in The Texas Association of Realtors (TAR) and The National Association of Realtors (NAR).

As your representing Broker, we earn a commission when we complete a purchase agreement transaction or lease transaction and we are usually paid upon execution by the Seller (title company) or Landlord.

Most of our transactions are co-brokered meaning; we typically work with another agent/brokerage company who represents the Seller or Landlord. We are required to identify ourselves in a Broker Information form submitted in the process. Marshall Partners includes the form is our Service Agreement/Exclusive broker Agreement which is signed by our Clients.
